We’re seeking a  Sr Packaging Engineer  to work at a premier pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry leader industry in  Juncos, PR.  
Salary: $45.00 hr - W2
Shift: 8hrs shift | Administrative - with work schedule flexibility as required to support 24/7 operations, requiring occasional after-hours engineering coverage.

Requirements:

• Master degree in Engineerin and 2 yrs experince OR Bachelor degree in Engineering and 4 years of Engineering experience.
• Experience with packaging equipment and design of new equipment processes
• Experience in project management, and validations —preferably in medical device or pharmaceutical settings.
• Are knowledgeable in GMPs/GLPs and committed to quality standards
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish

hat’s a typical day as  Sr Packaging Engineer ? You’ll be:

• Optimizing packaging processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Troubleshooting equipment and process issues to ensure smooth production
• Supervising and mentoring engineering staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
• Leading and executing complex capital projects from design through validation
• Ensuring all activities adhere to GMP and GLP standards
