What You Will Do

Client Integrations (30%)

• Build and customize Boomi integration processes
• Support PMS migrations with zero downtime
• Validate data integrity across all integrations
• Document processes and lessons learned

DevOps & Monitoring (25%)

• Monitor integration health; respond to alerts within 1 hour
• Manage Boomi Atom monitoring and exceptions
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures
• Optimize and refactor inefficient processes

Internal Escalation (25%)

• Serve as Level 2 escalation point for sync issues
• Diagnose cross-system issues (application, Boomi, PMS)
• Build knowledge base for recurring issues
• Collaborate with Engineering on code-level fixes

Client Tech Support (20%)

• Communicate with client IT teams during escalations
• Manage expectations and status updates during incidents
• Build trusted relationships with technical contacts
• Conduct weekly check-ins with key enterprise accounts

What You Bring

Required

• Advanced English is mandatory for this role, as you will be working with a client fully in English.
• 5+ years in integration engineering or DevOps
• SAP S/4HANA — BTP, REST APIs, ERP architecture
• iPaaS platforms: Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar
• REST APIs, SQL, and database troubleshooting
• Log analysis, alerting, and system monitoring
• Client-facing communication during incidents

Preferred

• Legal/accounting tech: Aderant, Elite 3E, CCH Axcess
• SSO / SAML / OAuth and Microsoft 365 integrations
• Scripting: Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript

Technical Skills

• SQL query writing and database troubleshooting
• REST API testing — Postman, curl
• Log analysis and pattern recognition
• Bi-directional sync and ETL data patterns
• Ticket management: Jira, Linear, ServiceNow

Soft Skills

• Clear communicator across all technical levels
• Urgency-driven: billing delays = revenue impact
• Ownership mentality and detail-oriented approach
