Phlebotomist IPride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist I to support our client's healthcare facility in Orlando FL 32828 Job Details: Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00 am-3:00 pm, Sat 6:00 am-12:00 pm Location: Orlando FL 32828 Job Type: Local Contract Contract Length: 3 months Pay Range: $19.85/hr- $21.26/hr Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.Key Responsibilities:Experience doing blood draws, labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens, recording maintenance data and decontamination, updating patient information, etc.Collects and stores specimens in accordance with established procedures. Properly explain in a clear but courteous manner the process of the venipuncture (blood drawing) and other specimen collection (ex. urine or fecal) as required.Demonstrate technique/s using straight needles and/or butterfly needles. Fully understand all the physicians' orders. Matches laboratory requisition forms to specimen tubes.
