Cancellation Policy:

• 8-hour shifts: 8 hours per 4 weeks
• 10-hour shifts: 10 hours per 4 weeks
• 12-hour shifts: 12 hours per 4 weeks
• If candidate is placed on-call in lieu of being called off, those hours will count as called-off hours.
• Cancellation Policy: Prior to start, agency must provide 10 days notice or owe 1 week at the regular rate. After start, if agency cancels the assignment, the agency shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide a replacement candidate within a reasonable time frame. If replacement candidate takes longer than 2 weeks to start, agency will owe 2 weeks at the regular rate plus any additional expenses incurred by the facility due to the cancellation.
