Job Description

Position: Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) with experience in LTC/Skilled Nursing
Location: Ada, Oklahoma
Shift: 8hr Day
Weekly Gross: $2451.80

Minimum Requirements:

• Active license as a Occupational Therapist (OT)

• Licensed in Oklahoma (If applicable) or compact eligible

• Two years of recent LTC/Skilled Nursing experience

• Active BLS
