Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join our team as a traveling Physical Therapist in Ventura, CA at a skilled nursing facility. Provide skilled rehabilitation to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions while gaining experience in a new clinical environment. A recruiter will contact qualified applicants with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred. Current clinical documentation and evaluation skills required, including experience with restorative and skilled interventions commonly used in SNFs. Preferred Qualifications Previous travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with mobility training, fall prevention programs, and assistive device training preferred. Familiarity with electronic medical records and Medicare documentation preferred. Assignment Details Shift Hours: 08:30–16:30. Work Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
