Clean recently vacated apartment homes and prepare them for new residents

Maintain the cleanliness of leasing offices, clubhouses, laundry rooms, and common areas

Help keep the community looking its best for residents and guests

Assist with property projects as needed

What We're Looking For

Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, or cleaning experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 25-30 pounds

Reliable transportation to and from work

Dependable, punctual, and hardworking attitude

Team player who follows directions well

Friendly and customer-service focused mindset
