Epidemiologistsstudy patterns and causes of disease in populations to inform public healthpolicies and interventions.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Design and conductepidemiological studies to investigate health-related issues.
- Analyze data usingstatistical methods to identify trends and risk factors.
- Collaborate with the public health officials to develop strategies for disease prevention.
- Communicate findings tostakeholders through reports and presentations.
- Stay updated on public health regulations andemerging health threats.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in PublicHealth (MPH) or related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- Strong analytical skills andexperience with statistical software.
- Knowledge of epidemiologicalmethods and principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
