The Lot Attendant role is a valuable opportunity to become part of the Mercedes-Benz team and gain firsthand experience in dealership operations. It's a position that allows individuals to learn the business, develop new skills, and build connections across the dealership while opening doors to future growth opportunities. For candidates looking to start a career in automotive, it can be an incredible stepping stone. The Lot Attendant is an onsite position and reports to the Used Car Manager!

Pay Rate: $16-$20 hourly - 90 day review

Schedule: Monday-Friday (Rotate Saturdays)

Responsibilities

• Moves and works with vehicles to maintain vehicle display and support vehicle sales activities.
• Delivers vehicles to sites and locations as required.
• Monitors tire pressure of vehicles; adds air and fuel as needed.
• Recognizes general vehicle repairs and/or building maintenance and notifies management.
• Prepares sold vehicles for delivery.
• Prioritizes vehicles that need to be prepped for delivery or washed based on general appearance.
• Assists the shuttle driver as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1 year of driving
• Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
