From everyday needs to special occasions, you’ll be a mini tour guide, helping members find that special product. Depending on your shift, your job could include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick‑up orders, or helping members while stocking shelves. Maintain the safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials safely, adhering to steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations. Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning areas, stocking, arranging, and organizing merchandise, setting up and cleaning product displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, identifying shrink and damages, and securing fragile and high‑shrink items. Monitor food and merchandise quality by ensuring product rotation, code dating, product recalls, sanitation standards, and prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, using the Open Door Policy and applying these in business processes. Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, recommending improvement opportunities, and adapting to change. Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled by assisting with picking, staging, and ensuring products are selected and staged per company policy. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
