Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for a leading automotive manufacturing client. This engineer will serve as a technical leader responsible for optimizing high-volume manufacturing processes, improving productivity, and supporting advanced automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive automotive manufacturing experience and a proven track record of driving operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and data-driven process improvements. This individual will play a critical role in both current production support and new program launches, partnering with corporate engineering teams to implement advanced manufacturing technologies including robotics, vision systems, AI, and smart factory solutions. The engineer will lead continuous improvement projects, support APQP and PPAP activities, drive equipment and process capability improvements, and work cross-functionally with operations, quality, maintenance, suppliers, and OEM customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineering leader looking to make a direct impact on safety, quality, productivity, and successful product launches in a fast-paced automotive environment.
