What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment Service rooftop units, air handlers, cooling towers, VAV systems, exhaust systems, and related equipment Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections Diagnose/Repair commercial HVAC equipment Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and controls‑related issues Communicate findings and recommendations to customers professionally Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently Participate in an on‑call rotation for emergency service support Opportunity to learn commercial refrigeration What We're Looking For 1+ years of commercial HVAC service experience HVAC/R trade school certificate - West‑MEC graduate a plus EPA Universal Certification Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with commercial HVAC controls and building systems Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Strong customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to work safely in commercial and industrial environments Extra Experience a Plus!
