THE ROLE

Lead our FACEGYM studios at Saks & Nordstrom – FACEGYM is already bringing its signature facial fitness experience to clients at Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstrom in New York, and we’re looking for an experienced Dual Site Studio Manager to lead both locations.

As a concession-style concept within two of the world’s most recognised department stores, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead FACEGYM across two prestigious retail environments. You’ll build strong, collaborative partnerships with store management and teams, working together to enhance the client experience, strengthen brand awareness and drive commercial success for both businesses.

You’ll inspire and develop a high-performing team, deliver exceptional client experiences, drive commercial performance and build strong relationships with our retail partners. From growing membership and client loyalty to creating exciting cross-brand opportunities and ensuring operational excellence, you’ll play a key role in the continued success of our New York business.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Lead and grow the business

• Identify opportunities to collaborate with retail partners, from cross-promotional activity and client referrals to joint events and in-store activations that drive awareness, footfall and revenue.

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with Saks and Nordstrom management and store teams, acting as a key FACEGYM representative and working together to achieve shared commercial goals.

• Build FACEGYM’s presence within each department store, ensuring our brand is visible, our team is engaged with the wider store community and our offering complements the overall retail experience.

Grow membership and loyalty

• Champion the membership program by promoting its benefits, encouraging sign-ups, and making sure every team member can speak to it confidently.

• Keep a sharp focus on client loyalty, occupancy and rebooking, inspiring the team to keep raising the bar on their own goals.

• Coach the team to strengthen client conversations at every stage of the workout, making the most of every opportunity to grow revenue.

Deliver an exceptional experience

• Ensure every workout is delivered to protocol, consistently, so clients get instant and long-term results they can see and feel.

• Confidently manage and resolve client complaints and challenges, in studio and over the phone.

• Keep building the team's knowledge of skincare, products and workouts so expertise shows in every interaction.

Run a tight operation

• Manage studio inventory so you're always stocked with the products and tools needed for the full range of workouts.

• Uphold health and safety guidelines, including the sterilization and storage of all equipment, and keep the studio and workstations clean and presentable.

• Stay proficient in the Zenoti system for accurate bookings, reporting and team usage, and operate point of sale systems, card machines and tills efficiently.

• Complete and check all required studio and team paperwork, uphold grooming and hygiene standards across the team, and support other locations where the wider business needs you.

WHO YOU ARE

• Extensive experience managing a team in a fast-paced, service-led environment, with fitness, beauty or wellness a strong advantage.

• A motivational leader who brings out the best in people and inspires high performance and engagement.

• Entrepreneurial and hands-on, with the drive to build something from the ground up. Experience opening or launching a new studio, store or hospitality space is preferred.

• A natural community builder, with experience running local events, activations or partnerships that grow brand awareness and business.

• Commercially sharp and comfortable with numbers, KPIs and financial data, with a talent for turning targets into results.

• Calm under pressure, an excellent communicator and negotiator, and someone who thrives on tight deadlines and a busy studio floor.
