What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Neonatologists to deliver high-quality neonatal care in Level III-IV NICUs
• Cover delivery services and provide comprehensive in-unit care for NICU infants
• Work alongside a dedicated team with varied scheduling options
• Attend deliveries and provide emergency care in Level II units (in-house coverage)
• Support high-risk maternal and neonatal cases in a fast-paced setting

What You Need

• Valid Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of NNP experience preferred
• Licensure in Arizona or the ability to obtain
• Strong neonatal clinical skills and team collaboration ability
