Packaging Associate
Anodyne Surgical is growing and looking for dependable, coachable individuals to join our Packaging team. If you're motivated, detail-oriented, and want to work in a supportive environment where quality matters, this could be a great fit for you.
What You'll Do
- Package medical devices according to established specifications and quality requirements
- Operate sealing, labeling, and other packaging equipment
- Perform visual inspections of packaging materials and finished products
- Accurately count, label, and prepare products according to work instructions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the packaging area
- Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to meet daily goals
- Identify and report non-conformances or process deviations
- Complete accurate production and quality documentation
What We're Looking For
- Dependable and punctual
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous manufacturing or packaging experience is a plus, but not required
Pay & Benefits
- $15-$18 per hour
- Paid weekly
- 11 paid holidays, including your birthday!

Schedule
Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Some overtime may be required.

Anodyne Surgical is a privately held, mid-size manufacturing company specializing in producing disposable ophthalmic needles for eye surgery - typically cataract removal and LASIK. We are located near the intersection of I-64 and Highway K in O'Fallon, MO.
