What You'll Do Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives. Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables across multiple departments. Assist with conference and trade show planning. Leverage AI tools and dashboards to automate reporting, generate insights from campaign data, and streamline content creation workflows. Help develop sales materials, presentations, digital content, and promotional collateral. Coordinate with graphic designers, printers, and outside vendors. Assist with website, email, and social media content updates. Track project deadlines and help ensure marketing activities remain on schedule. Compile and analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends and measure campaign effectiveness. Maintain marketing assets and help ensure brand consistency across all materials. Support the Marketing Manager with day‑to‑day departmental activities and special projects. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 0–2 years of marketing experience (internship possible). Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or marketing platforms is a plus. A positive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. Why Primus?
