Staff Physical Therapist (Accepting new grads)
Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, sports-related, and musculoskeletal conditions.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, posture, and body mechanics.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with other clinicians to coordinate patient care and improve treatment outcomes.
Participate in clinical mentorship, case discussions, and continuing education activities.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Active California Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain California licensure.
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient-care skills.
Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
Ability to work collaboratively in an outpatient clinical setting.
Previous outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, neurological rehabilitation, or manual therapy is a plus.
Current CPR certification preferred.
