Job Title: Deburrer
Job Description

Join our Finishing Department where you will use deburring tools to smooth out rough edges, remove mistakes, and ensure finished products look flawless. This role demands a strong eye for detail and a creative mindset, qualities often honed by playing video games. You will spend about 20% of your time using computers to enter and read data.

Responsibilities

• Utilize hand and power tools for deburring and finishing tasks.
• Perform assembly and general labor duties as needed.
• Engage in grinding and polishing activities to ensure product quality.
• Contribute to general production processes within the department.

Essential Skills

• Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.
• Proficiency in English and Math.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with hand and power tools, deburring, assembly, and polishing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to speak Spanish with a commitment to improving English skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Tulalip, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
