Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Operator to join a dynamic production team focused on building a "model plant" environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works excellently independently, takes direction well, and brings a strong work ethic to the floor. Key Responsibilities
- Packaging & Preparation: Prepare product for packaging and coordinate the packing process according to specific work order instructions.
- Equipment Operation: Set up packing equipment, regulate conveyor belt speeds, and fill containers from spouts or chutes.
- Quality & Weight Control: Monitor container weights during and after fulfillment, adjusting product quantities to ensure precise specifications are met.
- Inspection: Conduct constant visual quality checks to ensure no product discoloration or debris is present. Provide samples to the Laboratory Department upon request.
- Sealing & Labeling: Close, seal, and accurately label containers, tags, and shipments with lot numbers, weights, and dates.
- Inventory & Logs: Record strict production data and assist in monitoring packaging material inventory to maintain proper stock levels.
- Certification: Must be Forklift Certified .
- Work Style: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while successfully taking and executing direction.
- Professionalism: Highly punctual, professional, and possesses a strong attention to detail.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to regularly lift, move, and carry materials up to 50 lbs. independently (and assist with team lifts up to 96 lbs.).
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a 10-hour shift.
- Excellent manual dexterity (grasping, bending, reaching, and flexing wrists/arms).
