If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Practice Operations to join our EVS Tax Operations organization.Responsibilities:Works directly with the Economic Services leader to develop and implement strategies for growth including items like launching new services, developing GTM materials and coordinating firm sponsored events or external conferencesCoordinate various operational items Economic Services including technical calls, in-person and virtual training, proposal support, and othersWorks with EVS operations team and Chief of Staff to support EVS practice communicationsServes as a backup for EVS software and data account set up processAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum three years of recent experience in one or more business related areas including Accounting, Project Management, Human Resources, Resource Management or general business operationsBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or other related fieldsExcellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical and negotiating skills required; ability to work independently and provide guidance to executive level management across all practice operational areasExperience working in a complex, and matrixed cross-culture environment; excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to execute and successfully achieve objectives in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment; ability to work effectively with program team members, program sponsors, functional leads, and senior managementExtensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, CoPilot and other AI toolsApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
