Hello! We are two families seeking a shared nanny for our infants (they'll be 5 and 7 months old) starting in October, ideally Mondays and Wednesdays. We value zero screens, lots of outdoor time, Montessori-inspired care, and child‑led play. We use cloth diapers, elimination communication, breastfeeding, and baby signs, so experience with—or interest in—these approaches is a plus. Care will be shared between two homes, as mothers WFH, in Wallingford with friendly pets (cats and a dog). We are looking for a warm, attentive, dependable caregiver who loves supporting infant development through connection, curiosity, and exploration.
