Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Team Member (TX046) Starting Wage Range: $9.00 - $12.00 Full-Time or Part-Time Location: 760 Airport Fwy, Suite 400, Hurst, TX 76054 Work Week: Flexible hours are available. Able to work starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight if required, based on café hours and availability. Core Values: Invest In People Understand Why Make Smart Decisions Make It Happen Duties / Responsibilities: Interact with team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values. Deliver “Unparalleled Hospitality” to each customer. Prepare ingredients for food and smoothies. Assemble and serve food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Smoothie Cafe’s standards. Follow sanitation practices when handling and preparing food. Set up and monitor food and smoothie work stations. Clean and organize kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other areas of the café. Operate the register, taking orders, handling cash, and maintaining drawer responsibility. Follow all safety and security policies set by the brand. Perform any additional tasks necessary to run the café. Required Skills / Abilities: Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities. Physical Requirements: Continuously standing and walking throughout each shift. Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds for stocking, refilling ice, or trash removal. Face-to-face interactions with crew and customers. Navigate safely in a fast-paced café environment. Multi-task and remain positive in stressful conditions. Frequent walking, standing, bending, stopping, overhead reaching, and stretching. Lifting no greater than 50 pounds.
