Job Description
Candidate will:
- Evaluate, plan, and provide treatment programs for patients receiving occupational therapy
- Treat patients with disabilities, disorders and injuries to develop or restore function in daily living tasks maximizing performance
- Provide a variety of health care services centered around the unique and individual needs of each patient according to the plan of care
- Meet the needs of all customers including patients, significant others, physicians, and other staff
- Work in multi-disciplinary teams in order to deliver a full range of services and participate in team based continuous improvement.
Access to protected health information is limited to the minimum necessary to perform the duties of the job.
Qualifications
- Current IL Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification
- Current BLS certification
Grade 18.
