Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Goldsboro, NC, for an Enrollment Information CRM Administrator. In this role, you will manage and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring its effective operation. Day-to-day tasks include performing system administration, troubleshooting issues, and analyzing data to support enrollment strategies. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, providing clear communication and technical guidance to enhance the enrollment process.
