MLR Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Ohio. In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, designing and implementing personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
• Stay current with industry best practices and advancements in physical therapy.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Valid Ohio state license to practice physical therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a specific area (e.g., orthopedics, pediatrics, geriatrics) is a plus.
