Program Director
DGS Office of External Affairs
The Program Director serves as the technical expert for ADA compliance within the Indiana Department of Transportation's Greenfield District. This role manages the ADA asset program, ensuring newly built or upgraded transportation assets meet federal ADA standards through construction inspection, inventory management, design review, and training. The position works across multiple teams including construction staff, designers, and contractors to prevent ADA violations and protect the state from civil liability. Key qualifications: 5+ years of experience in ADA compliance, construction inspection, or similar technical program management role Working knowledge of ADA and PROWAG compliance standards and INDOT construction practices Experience with field inspection and installation of ADA facilities Ability to communicate effectively with INDOT staff, consultants, designers, and contractors Proficiency with GIS mapping systems and technical documentation Strong understanding of federal and state regulations governing ADA requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr DGS Office of External Affairs
