Account Executive

Job Description: The Account Executive facilitates communication between the shipping customer and carrier. The role is responsible for acquiring new business and servicing current accounts. Organization, self-motivation, and interpersonal skills are key to success. This is a team-oriented role, and the applicant is expected to work well in a fast-paced group setting. Compensation: Base salary plus uncapped Commission. Expected OTE range, $70k - $150k+ Daily Responsibilities: Build and maintain a book of business Offer solutions to customers’ requests and complaints Handle large call volume – inbound and outbound Track and trace drivers in transit Ability to work in a fast paced environment Provide customers with updates and exceptional customer service Coordinate shipments Assist team members with incoming calls and updates Quick response time to customer requests Requirements: Business degree preferred Logistics background preferred Self-motivated and determined individual Ability to work in a team oriented environment Must have a strong work ethic Exceptional communication skills Must be dependable and attentive to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
