Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient function and independence
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Wear a facility-issued photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of New Hampshire
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility check-in

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
• Strong documentation and communication skills
