Brand Ambassador

Job Overview At Main Event, Brand Ambassadors are the first and last point of contact for guests. They guide guests through our activities, provide information, and maintain safety and sanitation standards. Key Responsibilities Welcome and greet guests, creating a positive first impression. Communicate with the team about new guests. Answer guests’ questions about activities and directions. Manage the guest experience by conveying wait times for games, food, and other activities. Escort guests to activities, explain safety rules, and assist with table maintenance. Thank guests upon exit and encourage return visits. Perform opening, mid‑day, and closing duties. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Qualifications Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required. Guest‑focused mindset. Strong teamwork skills. Food Handlers Certification, as required. Strong problem‑solving and multi‑tasking skills. Effective communication with management, team members, and guests.
