This is a full-time on-site Litigation Associate role based in Newport Beach, CA. The Litigation Associate will handle a range of responsibilities including drafting legal motions, conducting legal research, preparing for and attending depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings. The role requires collaboration with other attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service and achieve favorable outcomes.
- Strong foundation in Law with an understanding of legal principles and practices
- Proficiency in drafting legal Motions and related documents
- Experience with in-depth Research to support legal arguments and cases
- Skills in planning and conducting Depositions effectively
- Familiarity with courtroom procedures and experience representing clients in Courts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- California Bar admission in good standing
- Experience in employment or healthcare law is a strong plus
