Responsibilities Position: Mobility Specialist Pay: $17 Shift: Mon‑Fri 7am‑12pm, 12pm‑5pm (part time) As a Mobility Specialist, you represent Metropolis Parking, welcoming customers, enrolling them in our parking technology, and delivering courteous, professional service. Your role supports compliance with parking policies, maintains lot and garage conditions, and enhances overall operations. This position offers strong growth potential for high‑performing team members. Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages, providing professional and friendly service Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist with enrollment as needed Promote positive customer relationships by consistently delivering excellent service Respond to customer questions and concerns confidently and courteously Patrol assigned parking lots and garages to identify vehicles without proper payment or authorization Issue parking violations in accordance with company policies Document violations using company‑provided mobile devices, including photo documentation Maintain the cleanliness of parking lots, garages, and common areas Identify and report debris, spills, hazards, or maintenance issues promptly Sweep floors, collect trash, and empty trash receptacles as needed Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, including cleaning, washing, oil changes, and minor upkeep Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Observe all safety protocols at all times Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required Prior parking industry experience preferred, but not required Strong customer service orientation with a willingness to go above and beyond Comfortable using mobile devices and technology (iPad, iPhone, Android devices) Ability to communicate effectively in spoken English with customers and team members Strong interpersonal and communication skills Reliable, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Physical and Work Environment Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to six consecutive hours) Ability to visually inspect vehicles and physically access all areas of garages and lots Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings EEO Statement SP+ is an equal‑opportunity employer committed to recruiting, hiring, training, and promoting in all job classifications without regard to race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, sexual orientation, veteran status, gender identity, disability, or other protected classes.
