Position Overview We are seeking a hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.. This role is a great fit for someone who values individualized care, strong family collaboration, and a team-based clinical environment. Both newly certified and experienced BCBAs are encouraged to apply. We provide strong clinical support, mentorship, and a collaborative approach to care. Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians. Review client data and make data-driven clinical decisions. Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, physicians, and other service providers. Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code and company policies. Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines. Provide hybrid services, including in-home, school-based, community-based, and clinic support as services continue to expand throughout Mississippi.
