Description: REQUIRES PACU & Cath Lab Recovery experience. Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care in the PACU setting. Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and recovery progress post-surgery. Ensure timely interventions and communication with the surgical team. Administer medications and manage pain effectively. Educate patients and families on post-operative care and recovery expectations. Adhere to facility policies and procedures. Must be willing to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with staff. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with critical care patients. Maintain a commitment to patient safety and quality care. Demonstrate professionalism and compassion in patient interactions. Stay current with best practices and continuing education in PACU.
