• Active nursing license
• Training completion required before starting

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Administer medications for up to 30 residents.
• Monitor and assess resident health status.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and provide resident care.
• Document resident progress and care provided.

Compliance / Notes:

Training must be completed prior to starting on the floor.
