Receptionist

What You'll Do
- Greet, interact, and assist visitors and customers
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Support the team by gathering, reviewing, and preparing documents; maintaining accounts; setting up appointments; assembling document packages
- Receive, sort and route mail
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
What You'll Bring :
- Passion for meeting new people and helping them get what they need
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn other technology as needed
- Strong work ethic and meets commitments
- Thrives in contributing to a team working together to deliver beyond customer expectations
- Previous experience working in an office environment or dealing with the public is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
Pay Range: $14.46 - $19.28 Hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
