About Us

At Aberdeen Machine Tool, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality machines for our customers. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Parts Prep.

Responsibilities

As a Parts Prep, you will be responsible for preparing parts for machining processes and assembly
You will inspect, grind, sand and prep parts prior to machining and assembly to ensure optimal production outcomes.
Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential qualities for success in this role.
Parts Prep will collaborate with other team members to streamline workflow and meet production deadlines.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment is preferred but not required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with hand tools are important for Parts Prep role.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions are essential for success in this position.
Parts Prep must be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve operational goals.
A proactive and positive attitude is critical for maintaining a productive and inclusive work environment.
