About Us
At Aberdeen Machine Tool, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality machines for our customers. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Parts Prep.
Responsibilities- As a Parts Prep, you will be responsible for preparing parts for machining processes and assembly
- You will inspect, grind, sand and prep parts prior to machining and assembly to ensure optimal production outcomes.
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential qualities for success in this role.
- Parts Prep will collaborate with other team members to streamline workflow and meet production deadlines.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with hand tools are important for Parts Prep role.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions are essential for success in this position.
- Parts Prep must be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve operational goals.
- A proactive and positive attitude is critical for maintaining a productive and inclusive work environment.
