Now Hiring: Part-Time Sales Associates
Spring Footwear Corp. is growing, and our Spring Step Shoes store at Jersey Shore Premium Outlets in Tinton Falls is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team.
Since 1991, Spring Footwear has been dedicated to helping customers look great and feel even better. Our comfort-driven footwear blends European craftsmanship with timeless design, and our retail teams bring that promise to life every day through exceptional service and genuine connection.

Your Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be a key part of the customer experience, representing the Spring Step brand with confidence, care, and enthusiasm. You’ll help customers find the perfect fit while contributing to a welcoming and high-energy store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized customer service with strong product knowledge
- Drive sales through thoughtful recommendations and add-on selling
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and e-commerce order fulfillment
- Represent Spring Footwear’s family of brands with professionalism and pride
- Support team goals and contribute to a positive, collaborative work culture

- Friendly, reliable team players with a passion for helping customers
- Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Multilingual skills are a plus
