Guide & Underwrite: Walk clients step-by-step through application, medical underwriting, and policy approval processes. Long-Term Support: Serve as a trusted advisor, conducting periodic policy reviews to adapt coverage as family priorities evolve. Skill Mastery: Participate actively in weekly strategy huddles, advanced product training, and personal development workshops. Qualifications We Look For An active State Life & Health Insurance License (or the determination to obtain one quickly). High comfort level presenting to clients over live video platforms and managing digital workflows. Strong self-discipline and organizational habits tailored for a work-from-home setting. An empathetic listener with exceptional verbal communication skills. An entrepreneurial drive to take ownership of personal career growth and daily production.
