As a bartender, you'll be part of our enduring legacy and exciting growth. Here's what you can expect:

• Serving food and beverages to guests following company policies and procedures.
• Complete understanding of the menu and drink recipes to ensure excellent guest service.
• Proper service of alcohol including requesting I.D. and intoxication procedures.
• Proper use of the POS system and cash/tip handling.
• Comprehension of the wine list and pairing with menu items.
