Join a Columbus, OH outpatient clinic as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new community. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Ohio Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Must have prior outpatient physical therapy experience. Candidate must not be a new graduate. Experience providing 60-minute initial evaluations and treatment sessions. Demonstrated ability to evaluate patients, develop and modify treatment plans, and document progress in compliance with clinic, state, and federal guidelines. Competence with documentation including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessment, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and to participate in student clinical education when assigned. Maintain professional licensure in good standing and complete state-mandated continuing education. Preferred: experience in outpatient settings with focus on functional return-to-community activities and safe patient handling practices. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Assignment Duration: 13 Week. Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule. Patient Visit Structure: 60 minute evaluation plus treatment for initial visits.
