Primary Purpose The Special Events Project Planner oversees all functions of planning and coordination for special event jobs within the region. This includes all the product lines: fence, sanitation, and temporary power. Essential Functions Manage special event project lifecycle, from initial project planning phases through completion Meet with clients, regional management, and local team to establish project plans, budgets, and schedules Coordinate project resources and track project progress against established timelines and schedules Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to specification Act as liaison between the client and project team members regarding changes or problems Coordinate the work of vendors or sub-contractors Responsible for material management and delivery scheduling tasks in support of assigned projects Track progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators Prepare and deliver reports to management Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications

EDUCATION

Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications.
