Key Responsibilities Business-to-Business Sales : Work directly with small and medium-sized business owners, managers, and employees in your designated territory, offering top-tier supplemental insurance products that provide financial security and peace of mind. Set and Achieve Goals : Develop strategies to meet sales targets and exceed client expectations. Overcome Objections : Use your problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and close sales. Qualifications Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one—we will assist with licensing fees). At least 4 years of relevant professional experience (previous sales experience is a plus). Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. A strong desire to succeed in a commission-based sales environment.
