Senior Python / AI Chatbot Developer

Design, develop, and maintain a Python-based AI chatbot solution. Integrate the chatbot with Microsoft Entra IDfor secure user authentication and access control. Connect the chatbot to Confluenceto surface knowledge base content and assist users before creating tickets. Implement integration with our help desk/ticketing platform (Zoho ServiceDesk Plus). Ensure chatbot usability, scalability, and reliability for enterprise-wide adoption. Collaborate with IT, support, and knowledge management teams to optimize workflows and improve end-user experience. Maintain best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
