Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (Inpatient) in Marshfield, Wisconsin. This position involves providing therapy services across adult and pediatric inpatient units, including intensive care units, trauma centers, stroke centers, inpatient rehab programs, and other general medical and surgical units. Candidates are required to bring their Wisconsin state license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Marshfield, WI
• Shift: Day shift, variable hours, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week (Schedule only if valid schedule is available)
• Required Qualifications: Wisconsin state license, BLS (AHA) certification, at least 1 year of experience in inpatient therapy services
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in adult and pediatric ICU settings, trauma, stroke, neuro, ortho, oncology, inpatient rehab programs, and familiarity with Cerner EMR system
• Additional Information: Candidates must note if they have previously worked for the facility; if so, the end date of prior employment must be at least 6 months before the submission date. All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Responsibilities: Conduct activities of daily living evaluations, document justifying the next level of care, demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, show flexibility, and work effectively within a team.
