CNC Machinist

Salary Range: $21.63 - $42.21 per hour Your role CNC Machinist II are expected to operate a variety of CNC machines independently, troubleshoot common issues, and contribute to process improvements. Independently operate HMC, mill-turn, grinder, and balancer machines with minimal supervision. Consistently follow all safety, quality, and SOP requirements. Identify and report process inefficiencies or equipment issues. Assist in mentoring and training Tier 1 machinists. Accurately interpret blueprints, perform in-process inspections, and make basic offsets or adjustments. Hand and Finger Use/Dexterity: Uses hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls continually or almost continually (89% of the time), with arm-hand steadiness, finger dexterity, and manual dexterity for precise manipulation and assembly. Remains in an upright stationary position continually or almost continually (62% of the time), with occasional traversing to position materials or equipment.
