Chiropractor - Federal Way/Tukwila, WA

We are seeking a driven and patient-focused Chiropractor to join an established, rehabilitation-focused chiropractic organization in the Federal Way/Tukwila, WA area. The ideal candidate will be committed to evidence-informed care, functional improvement, strong patient relationships, and working effectively within a collaborative clinical team.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-informed chiropractic care within a rehabilitation-focused model.
• Conduct initial and follow-up visits, including Day 1 and Day 2 evaluations, and clearly communicate findings and recommended care plans.
• Develop and deliver appropriate patient care plans focused on measurable functional improvement.
• Lead and collaborate with chiropractic assistants and rehabilitation staff.
• Follow established systems for documentation, re-examinations, patient communication, and patient retention.
• Work with clinic leadership to achieve clinical, patient-experience, and production goals.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely patient documentation.
• Contribute to a professional, accountable, and positive clinic culture.
• Participate in ongoing clinical, leadership, and operational training.

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic program.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Chiropractor in the state of Washington.
• Must be in good professional standing.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient relationship skills.
• Comfortable managing a busy patient schedule.
• Experience with rehabilitation-focused chiropractic care is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with chiropractic assistants, rehabilitation staff, and clinic leadership.
• Coachable, performance-oriented, and comfortable working within established clinical and operational systems.
• Strong commitment to documentation, compliance, and professional accountability.
