Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – School-Based

Location: Oracle, Arizona
Position Type: Full-Time
School Year: 2026–2027
Setting: Elementary School (Onsite)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support speech and language services within an elementary school setting for the 2026–2027 academic year. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to assist in delivering therapy and supporting student communication development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct therapy services to students as directed by the supervising SLP
  • Implement treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Assist with documenting student progress and maintaining service records
  • Support classroom carryover and collaborate with teachers and staff
  • Prepare therapy materials and resources

Caseload

  • Grade Levels: Elementary
  • Students with a variety of speech and language needs

Requirements

  • Active Arizona SLPA license
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
