Warehouse Associate $19/hr - 1st Shift

The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of shipping and receiving goods in a clean and organized distribution center. You will work from Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 7:00pm, focusing on preparing shipments, verifying accuracy, and managing inventory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipments for postal or commercial conveyance; determine the most economical and efficient shipping method; select appropriate shipping container; pack items to ensure safe delivery.
• Prepare bills of lading; check items to be shipped against work orders to ascertain that quantities, destination, and routing are correct.
• Receive and unload incoming materials, comparing information on packing slips with purchase orders to verify accuracy of shipment.
• Sort, count, package, label, insure, unpack, and/or log inventory which is shipped or received.
• Utilize scan guns, pallet jacks, tow motors, shrink wrap, box cutters, and other equipment as necessary.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
