Are you a whiz with a wrench? A maestro of maintenance? A Picasso with a paintbrush? If so, we want YOU to join our team as an Apartment Turn Key Technician in Oak Ridge!

Position: Apartment Turn Key Technician (Groundsman/Maintenance/Handyman)

What is apartment turnover job description?

Perform turnover work, including, but not limited to: debris removal, carpet removal, drywall repairs and touch ups, minor plumbing & electrical repairs, etc. The general restoration of a rental unit to rent-ready standards as defined by the property specifications.

Experience: If you've got it, flaunt it! We're looking for folks with a passion for painting (drywall skills a must!), a flair for plumbing, and a green thumb for lawn care. Oh, and don't forget your trusty toolbox - basic tools like hammers and screwdrivers are your sidekicks in this adventure.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5:30 pm - because even superheroes need weekends off!

Pay: Get rewarded for your awesomeness with $18.00 an hour.
