• Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Group Home

• Location: Wayland, New York

• Schedule: Thursday, Friday & Saturday

• Shift: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• Setting: Residential Group Home

Requirements:

• Active NY LPN License

• Experience in a group home, long-term care, developmental disabilities, or similar residential setting preferred

• Strong assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care
